Shipping policy
First, thanks for visiting 76 Projects USA. We're cyclists, and entrepreneurs, and we have families and other jobs too. We do this because we love to ride, love cyclists and like building things.
But, we still work early mornings, late nights, and on weekends to deliver world class customer service. All this to say is there are real people working for you here, and we're not Amazon.
There is also a difference between shipping time (which is the responsibility of UPS / USPS) and fulfillment time (which is our responsibility). We do our best to fulfill orders within two business days. Saturday and Sundays are not business days. The shipping time starts from when the carrier picks it up, not when the order is placed.
We ship USPS First Class, or Priority Mail. We may be able to expedite shipping, but not always. If you are up against a deadline, let us know by email at usaorders@76projects.com, and we'll see what we can do.
PLEASE, please, please read this!
If you're in a hotel or AirBNB, we strongly suggest NOT shipping to those addresses. Any delays from fulfillment or shipping will mean the shipment will arrive after you check out. We will most likely cancel the order before it ships if we see a hotel as the address, if it arrives after you have left then it is NOT our responsibility to follow up on it.
